As well as being crucial for providing the best possible guest experience, a good crew will ensure that a yacht is operated safely and efficiently and maintained to the highest standards.<\/p>\n<p>At Manta, we work closely with yacht owners and captains to manage all crew-related matters. These include interviewing applicants, arranging their employment through an offshore company, facilitating payroll, organising in-service training, performing appraisals and disciplinaries, and arranging medical and personal accident insurance.<\/p>\n<p>We pride ourselves on cultivating a strong team ethos; working closely with the crew and looking after their welfare is pivotal to
